About PTSD Frontline Limited

Advocating for trauma recovery and clinical excellence across Australia.

Advocating for people living with PTSD

PTSD Frontline Limited was founded to fill a critical gap in the Australian mental health sector: providing direct, trauma-informed clinical pathways specifically optimized for individuals exposed to high-stress service environments and acute community trauma.

As a registered Australian charity (ABN: 92 644 512 756) operating from our Victoria head office in Hawthorn, we collaborate actively with the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), emergency service unions, police associations, and national networks. Our work focuses on lowering barriers to evidence-based psychotherapies, ensuring veterans, first responders, and survivors receive targeted, compassionate care when they need it most.

We believe that trauma recovery is not a standard, one-size-fits-all checklist. By raising awareness of PTSD's neurological aspects and funding training for regional therapists, we seek to establish a network of clinical safety across all Australian states.

Our Mission

To deliver evidence-based PTSD support, provide clinical referral pathways for emergency workers and veterans, and advocate for trauma-informed community care models nationwide.

Our Vision

A society where those carrying the psychological weight of duty or trauma have immediate, unhindered access to accredited psychotherapies and sustained community support.

Our Values

Empathetic advocacy, clinical integrity, research-driven guidelines, and respectful collaboration with First Nations peoples and local health networks.
